Introduction

Veehive Tech FZ LLC ("Veehive.ai", "we", "us") operates veehive.ai and the agentic operating system composed of SnapaPro, mpliphi, Studio, and HiveLink. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website, create an account, or use our platform.

We are registered in the United Arab Emirates with our registered office at In5 Tech, Dubai Internet City, Dubai, UAE.

Information We Collect

  • Account information (name, email, phone, company, role) submitted during signup or demo requests
  • Campaign and content data you enter into SnapaPro, Studio, HiveLink, or mpliphi
  • Conversation and messaging data handled by mpliphi on your behalf (WhatsApp, email, and connected channels)
  • Usage and telemetry data to operate and improve the platform
  • Website analytics via Google Analytics (GA4) — aggregated, no personally identifiable tracking
  • Cookies for session, authentication, and theme preference (light/dark mode)

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Veehive.ai platform and its modules
  • To respond to inquiries, schedule demos, and deliver contracted services
  • To generate plans, content, messages, and campaign outputs requested through the platform
  • To improve platform performance, reliability, and user experience
  • To send service updates, security notices, and — with your consent — product announcements
  • To comply with legal obligations under UAE law and applicable international regulations

Customer Data & Ownership

  • You retain full ownership of the data and content you upload to or generate through the platform
  • We process customer data solely to provide the services you have requested
  • We do not sell customer data and do not use customer data to train third-party AI models
  • Customer data is handled under the confidentiality terms of our Terms of Service and applicable agreements
  • Data residency options available: UAE, EU, or US, subject to the plan and agreement

AI-Specific Data Practices

  • The platform uses a combination of proprietary and third-party large language and generative models to produce plans, content, and responses
  • We apply data minimisation — only the data necessary to fulfil a request is sent to model providers
  • AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or reflect bias; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on or publishing them
  • We do not use your prompts, content, or conversations to train our own foundational models without explicit consent
  • Where third-party model providers are used, we select vendors whose terms prohibit training on customer data by default

Data Security

  • Dubai AI Seal Tier E certified by the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence (DCAI)
  • SOC 2 Type II controls implemented across our operations
  • ISO 27001 aligned information security practices
  • HIPAA-ready data handling for qualifying customers
  • Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for all customer data
  • Role-based access control, audit logging, and environment isolation
  • Regular security reviews, vulnerability assessments, and third-party penetration testing

Data Retention

  • Website inquiry and demo-request data: retained for 24 months, then deleted
  • Active customer account and content data: retained for the life of the subscription plus 30 days for export
  • Message and conversation logs handled by mpliphi: retained per your workspace settings, with a default of 12 months
  • After account closure, customer data is securely deleted within 90 days unless a longer retention is required by law
  • Analytics data: anonymised and retained per Google Analytics standard policies

Third-Party Services

  • Cloud infrastructure: AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure for compute, storage, and delivery
  • AI model providers: used under agreements that prohibit training on your data by default
  • Messaging channels: WhatsApp Business (Meta) and email providers for mpliphi orchestration
  • Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Payment processing: industry-standard providers for billing; we do not store full payment card details
  • Each third party operates under its own privacy policy, which we evaluate before integration

Your Rights

  • Request access to personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction, update, or deletion of your data
  • Export your account data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent for optional processing (such as product marketing)

  • We are headquartered in Dubai, UAE and operate infrastructure in the UAE, EU, and US

Children's Privacy

Veehive.ai is a business platform and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
